The Greater Illiana Sports Foundtion is hosting a Cornhole Tournament on Saturday, August 12, 2023
at the Danville, IL American Legion Post 210 located at 201 Prospect Place. Teams may register at the
American Legion prior to the event or between 12:00 PM – 12:45 PM the day of the event. Tournament
begins at 1:00 PM.
There will be two divisions of competition, the Competitive Division and Backyard Division. The Competitive
Division is for experienced players while the Backyard Division is for those first-time players. Entry fees are
$40 per team (Competitive Division) and $20 per team (Backyard Division). Cash prizes in Competitive Division
include: $500 1st Place, $300 2nd Place, $100 3rd Place and $40 4th Place. Trophies will be awarded to the top
four finishers in the Backyard Division.
Money raised in this event goes toward scholarships for high school studnt-athletes in the greater Illiana area.
